I was born and raised in Calamba, Laguna Philippines and came to the United States in 2003. My husband and I moved from Los Angeles, California, to Oregon five years ago.

Formerly, I worked in one of the biggest retail stores as a credit and catalog specialist, and was transferred to Portland but decided to look for a different career. When I started at West Hills Health and Rehabilitation, I was an Activity Assistant in the Life Enrichment Department and then transferred to Medical Records as an assistant. I am now currently in the Medical Records Director.

I enjoy caring for our residents and working with fellow employees. They are my family here in the United States and I feel like I am home when I am with them. West Hills is a great place to work and I am proud to be working here.

I like challenges, excitement, new schemes and projects, and to be where the action is. I'm always ready to take the initiative! I love my job and will continue to work here until I retire. After retirement, I plan to go back to my beloved country, the Philippines, with my wonderful husband and enjoy our life.
